Not because I feared them.

Iโ€™ve seen the โ€œcold bossโ€ act.
The kind that hides behind closed doors and corporate buzzwords.
Sure, they got the job done but no one followed them out of loyalty. Just survival.

๐ŸคฃGive me the boss who laughs at team lunches.
The one who rolls up their sleeves when weโ€™re slammed.
The one who says, โ€œHey, Iโ€™ve been there too.โ€
Thatโ€™s who Iโ€™ll go the extra mile for.
